Your responsibilities will include: Enter high‑volume data from a variety of sources—including scanned documents, PDFs, electronic forms, and handwritten notes—into our secure database systems. Verify the completeness and correctness of entered data by cross‑referencing source documents and performing routine quality checks. Maintain strict confidentiality of client and internal information, adhering to GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant data‑privacy regulations. Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing information, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary. Organize digital files and records using standardized naming conventions and folder structures to ensure easy retrieval. Contribute to the continual improvement of data entry workflows by providing feedback on bottlenecks and suggesting automation opportunities. Support periodic data audits and assist in generating reports that summarize entry accuracy and productivity metrics.
