About the Role
As an Amazon Returns & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing order issues, analyzing seller performance notes, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll be working during the night shift, contributing to our 24/7 operational coverage.
Responsibilities
- Review Order Issues: Investigate and resolve customer order issues, including returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
- Analyze Seller Performance Notes: Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and potential compliance issues.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all products and listings comply with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and regulations.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate with sellers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Document Thoroughly: Maintain accurate records of all investigations, resolutions, and communications.
- Identify Trends: Identify recurring issues and trends, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date on Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and support overall team goals.

Qualifications
