Key Responsibilities

Verification & Validation: Cross‑check entries against source documents, flag inconsistencies, and perform corrective actions to maintain 99.9% data accuracy. Organization & Management: Sort, label, and archive large volumes of digital files and spreadsheets, ensuring easy retrieval for downstream processes. Confidentiality Assurance: Follow Hirezen’s data security protocols, including encryption standards, access controls, and privacy guidelines. Administrative Support: Assist senior team members with routine tasks such as scheduling, email triage, and preparation of simple reports.
