Key Responsibilities

Accurate Data Capture: Enter, verify, and update a wide range of healthcare‑related data into Jobtrix’s proprietary systems with a target accuracy rate of 99.9%. Confidentiality Assurance: Safeguard sensitive health information in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable privacy regulations. Data Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports to monitor data quality trends. Document Organization: Digitally file and archive electronic records, ensuring easy retrieval and proper version control. Administrative Support: Assist team members with routine administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of briefing materials. Collaboration & Productivity: Partner with cross‑functional teams—such as compliance, operations, and IT—to meet daily and weekly productivity targets. Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and participate in training sessions to elevate overall data management practices.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience in data entry, preferably within a healthcare, insurance, or related regulated environment. Exceptional typing speed (minimum 70 WPM) with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or healthcare information systems. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
