Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers while identifying opportunities to grow their accounts and deepen their relationships with us. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and performing account transactions with precision and accuracy. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify sales opportunities and perform account transactions with precision and accuracy
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, using this knowledge to inform customer interactions and drive sales growth
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, sales growth, and productivity targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
