Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely solutions to their needs

  • Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company promotions and policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail or call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales and customer service metrics and analytics
