Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
- Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
