A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue, whether it's scheduling a service, taking a payment, or updating customer files. Your computer skills, problem-solving, and commitment to creating an awesome experience in every interaction will ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue
  • Schedule services, take payments, and update customer files
  • Work diligently to connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid
  • Collaborate with the Service Center team to meet goals and objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
  • Willing to work minimal overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Familiarity with pest control industry (a plus)
