Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including typing 25+ words per minute

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Perform data entry tasks, including data cleaning, validation, and verification
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain expertise in data entry software and systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
