Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate works in support of the store operations team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with the store operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and surveys
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
