Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead Coordinator to manage internal chat leads from AidQuest, providing exceptional support to our caregivers and clients. As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing internal chat leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our caregivers and clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of chat leads, including client information, caregiver assignments, and communication history
  • Collaborating with our caregivers and clients to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with our care management team to ensure effective care coordination and delivery

Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal chat leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our caregivers and clients

  • Maintain accurate records of chat leads, including client information, caregiver assignments, and communication history
  • Collaborate with our caregivers and clients to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our care management team to ensure effective care coordination and delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our caregivers and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our care services and delivery

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in care coordination, customer service, or a related field

  • Proven ability to manage multiple chat leads and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with AidQuest or similar chat lead management systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in care coordination, customer service, or a related field

  • Experience working in a care management or home care setting
  • Certification in care coordination or a related field (e.g. CCM, CNA)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and caregivers from diverse backgrounds
