Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through telephone interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Performing basic accounting and data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports
• Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage customer information, track orders, and communicate with customers and internal teams
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
• Excellent telephone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to use a 10-key calculator "by touch"
• High level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
