Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, conducting research, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work independently, while also collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately and efficiently process data using Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs, as directed - Conduct web-based research using Google searches and other online resources - Compile findings and input data into designated systems or documents - Provide exceptional customer service via email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer bill processing and other administrative tasks as needed - Meet productivity requirements and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field - Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm accuracy - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry - Ability to work independently and with integrity, with minimal supervision - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly - Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone (for occasional video conferencing)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success - Familiarity with Google Docs and other online collaboration tools - Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
