Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data accurately in various databases and systems. You'll also assist with administrative tasks, organize and manage digital files and records, and provide support for special projects as needed. Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Organize and manage digital files and records
  • Provide support for special projects as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and virtual assistance

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in data entry or as a virtual assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or virtual assistance

  • Strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

  • Experience working with CRM software and other data management systems
  • Certification in data entry or virtual assistance (e.g. Certified Virtual Assistant (CVA))
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
