Your Responsibilities

As an English Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Working effectively as part of a team, developing strong relationships with colleagues and management
• Being proactive and positive, with a desire for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Providing and maintaining a strong, professional relationship with all customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Striving towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting customers to achieve a successful outcome to their inquiry

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great communication and soft skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Good computer skills, with experience in customer service software and systems
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
• A positive attitude and team spirit, with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
