Permanently Remote, Visit Clients as Needed Job Title: Remote Customer Success Manager - $85-$110k + 10% (Legal Tech) Salary: $85-$110k Base + 10% Bonus, Benefits Requirements: CSM w/ Experience in Legal Tech Based in SoCal, we are a provider of AI legal tech software.Our software simplifies document control for law firms.We have been in business for around 4 years and have approximately 200 employees.Due to growth we're looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager with the following experience:
- LegalTech
- Solid understanding of systems, escalation management, customer automation systems, and practice management systems
- You will be managing around 30-50 mid market-enterprise accounts, and our average ACV is $40-$80k.You will not be responsible for up selling and renewals, however you will be identifying those opportunities and handing them off to our AEs.
- You will be meeting with clients several times/week, answering customer inquiries as needed, and engaging in proactive outreach.
