Job Summary arenaflex is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Personalized Customer Gifting Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the processing, customization, and delivery of personalized gifts for our valued customers. You will act as the bridge between our customers, fulfillment teams, and vendors to ensure a seamless gifting experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
