Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Virtual Holistic Health Coach to join our team. As a Holistic Health Coach, you will guide clients through personalized wellness plans, offering support in nutrition, exercise, mental wellness, and lifestyle choices, all while focusing on the holistic approach to health. This is a fully remote, flexible role offering the ability to work from home and provide tailored coaching services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• * Conduct virtual coaching sessions with clients to assess their holistic health goals, needs, and challenges.
• * Develop personalized health and wellness plans that integrate physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
• * Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and overall wellness practices.
• * Monitor and track client progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
• * Offer ongoing support through virtual check-ins, email, and other communication methods.
• * Educate clients on sustainable lifestyle changes and empower them to take charge of their health journey.
• * Stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends, research, and best practices.
• * Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Certified Health Coach, Holistic Health Coach, or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
• * Strong understanding of holistic health principles, including nutrition, mental health, and exercise.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage clients remotely.
• * Ability to create customized wellness plans based on individual client needs.
• * Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
• * Proficient in using virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Skype, etc.) for coaching sessions.
• * High level of professionalism and integrity, maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
• * Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a remote work schedule.
• Experience
• * A minimum of 2 years of experience in holistic health coaching or a related field.
• * Proven success in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized plans and support.
• * Experience in providing virtual coaching or remote services is preferred.
• * Background in nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, or other complementary wellness fields is a plus.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible working hours, with the ability to set your own schedule.
• * Full-time and part-time positions available.
• * Must be available for at least 15-20 hours per week.
• * Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate clients schedules.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• * In-depth knowledge of holistic health practices, including but not limited to nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mental well-being.
• * Ability to provide motivational support and build long-term client relationships.
• * Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges and customize plans accordingly.
• * Proficiency in using online tools and platforms to conduct coaching sessions, manage client progress, and track results.
