Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Moderator & Community Messaging Assistant, you'll be responsible for: - Monitoring chat rooms, live sessions, or messaging threads for appropriate behavior - Responding to questions from customers, members, or site visitors in a timely and professional manner - Flagging spam, abuse, or policy violations using internal tools and reporting to internal teams - Utilizing approved tone and templates to support customer messaging and maintain brand consistency - Reporting community trends, feedback, or flagged behavior to internal teams to inform future improvements
