A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be the customers' last point of contact, ensuring they can make their purchases quickly and efficiently while handling any concerns or questions they may have. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of productivity, and complying with all safety and sanitation procedures. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively resolve customer issues, while your interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with your colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive a positive experience every time

  • Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring a safe and clean work environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets
  • Availability to work seven days a week, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Previous experience in a leadership or management role

  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Experience with conflict resolution and customer complaint handling
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
