About arenaflex – Shaping the Future of Convenient Shipping

Welcome to arenaflex, a global leader in innovative logistics and retail experiences. At arenaflex, we have reimagined how people receive and return their purchases, turning everyday errands into seamless, enjoyable moments. Our Locker+ locations—found in bustling retail hubs, community centers, and modern warehouses—serve as the front‑line of this mission, offering fast, secure, and contact‑less package handling for millions of shoppers each month.

Joining the arenaflex Locker+ team means becoming part of a fast‑growing, customer‑obsessed community that values safety, diversity, and personal growth. Whether you’re stepping into a freestanding storefront, a vibrant corner of a partner retailer, or the lobby of a state‑of‑the‑art fulfillment center, you’ll be empowering customers to pick up and return items with confidence.

Why This Role Is a Game‑Changer

Our Customer Experience Associates are the heart and soul of each Locker+ site. You’ll not only manage the flow of packages but also create memorable, smile‑inducing interactions that turn routine transactions into lasting brand loyalty. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love solving on‑the‑spot challenges, and enjoy working side‑by‑side with a supportive team, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily

  • Package Reception & Sorting: Receive inbound truck deliveries, unload parcels safely, and accurately scan each item using handheld devices.
  • Stow & Prepare Orders: Pick, stage, and organize customer orders for quick pickup, ensuring each package is placed in the correct Locker+ compartment.
  • Facilitate Returns: Process returned merchandise, verify condition, and restock or route items according to arenaflex guidelines.
  • Customer Assistance: Greet shoppers with a friendly demeanor, answer product‑related questions, and guide them through the pick‑up or return process.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve unexpected issues—such as missing items, scanning errors, or locker malfunctions—by employing critical thinking and arenaflex resources.
  • Site Management: Open and close the Locker+ location, perform cash‑handling tasks if required, and maintain accurate shift logs.
  • Workspace Upkeep: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards; conduct routine inspections of equipment and lockers.
  • Technology Utilization: Use smartphones, scanners, and arenaflex‑specific software to track inventory, update status, and generate reports.
  • Physical Handling: Safely lift packages up to 49 pounds, maneuver carts, dollies, and hand trucks, and navigate stairs when applicable.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficient in English—both written and verbal—to understand policies and communicate clearly with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to arenaflex’s operational guidelines.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift packages up to 49 pounds for up to five‑hour shifts (reasonable accommodations are available).
  • Flexibility to work part‑time hours between 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m., with schedules that may vary week‑to‑week.
  • Comfort with handheld technology and basic computer navigation.

Preferred Qualifications – Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse environments.
  • Familiarity with barcode scanning, inventory management systems, or similar logistics tools.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a climate‑controlled, public‑facing location such as a grocery store or community hub.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for creating positive, human connections.
