Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy via video, audio, or text-based chat through the Talkspace platform.

Manage and maintain a caseload of clients with varying mental health needs.

Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapeutic interventions.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.

Collaborate with other professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

Uphold ethical standards and respect client confidentiality at all times.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Active and unrestricted license in your state of residence in the USA (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).

Masters degree or higher in counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.

  • *

Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients virtually.

  • *

Comfortable using technology and navigating online platforms.

  • *

Ability to provide culturally competent care to diverse client populations.

  • Experience

A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

  • *

Experience in treating common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Prior experience with telehealth is a plus but not mandatory—platform training is provided.
