Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: https://www.elfbeauty.com/work-with-us Position Summary The Sr. Financial Analyst will provide financial insights to drive business strategy and optimize decision making for the Naturium brand at e.l.f. Cosmetics. Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the company's annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Support the monthly close by analyzing sales, gross margin, and key variances versus forecast and prior periods.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand drivers of performance, including pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel dynamics.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
• Continuously improve forecasting tools, processes, and reporting efficiency.
• Support LEAN cost savings initiatives by working with business partners to understand opportunities, model options and propose actions.
• Other ad hoc projects, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles within consumer products, retail, or beauty.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Vena, Power BI, Tableau, TABS, NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools preferred
• Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly driven and self-motivated.
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and collaborate across departments and levels.

$80,000 - $110,000 a year The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
