Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing enthusiastic customer service for inbound and outbound phone and email support, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Being compassionate and dedicated in handling escalated issues, working closely with other departments to resolve complex problems
• Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through effective communication, active listening, and empathetic understanding
• Delivering strong and proactive follow-up to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding customer expectations
• Adhering to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations, while continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
• Two years of customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of payments industry a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
