Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining arenaflex's online presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, including planning and monitoring social media presence, launching optimized online adverts, and measuring performance using web analytics tools.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Creation: Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through various channels. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • SEO and SEM: Be actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization, and measure performance using web analytics tools.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Skills and Experience: Excellent understanding of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM. Working knowledge of ad serving tools, such as DART and Atlas, and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and WebTrends.
  • Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset and critical thinking skills to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with designers and maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Creative Content Writing: Skills and experience in creative content writing to develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Digital Marketing Certifications: Relevant digital marketing certifications, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications.
