Event Marketing Executive

About the position We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Event Executive to support and deliver Bolt Insight’s global event presence. This role is responsible for ensuring Bolt shows up with consistency, professionalism and commercial impact across conferences, industry events and curated networking experiences. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with early experience in B2B events who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard. You will work closely with commercial leadership and marketing to ensure Bolt’s event presence is differentiated, commercially focused and globally consistent. Responsibilities: Shape and deliver Bolt Insight’s end-to-end presence at global conferences and events, ensuring maximum brand impact through strong messaging, visual execution and content. Oversee booth concept, creative production and on-site execution, ensuring premium brand representation and flawless delivery. Own event budgets, timelines and operational planning, managing suppliers and production partners to deliver efficiently and to standard. Lead audience strategy in partnership with commercial leadership, driving targeted outreach, structured lead capture and measurable pipeline impact. Design and host curated networking events and industry activations that foster meaningful industry engagement with priority clients and prospects. Develop and manage strategic event partnerships that expand reach, strengthen visibility and support growth objectives. Skills and Experience: 2-4 years’ experience delivering global events and conferences end-to-end, including positioning, speaker and content coordination, creative execution, lead capture and post-event conversion Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and timelines. · Commercial awareness and understanding of how events drive pipeline and brand growth. Excellent communication skills and confidence representing the brand externally. Proficiency with Jira for project management, Luma for event management, and HubSpot for CRM — or demonstrable experience with equivalent tools and a willingness to get up to speed quickly.
