Class Action & Arbitration Attorney

A fast-growing plaintiffs' litigation firm is seeking a skilled attorney to join its team and take ownership of complex federal court cases and consumer arbitrations. This fully remote role offers immediate exposure to cutting-edge litigation in areas like data privacy, consumer protection, and cryptocurrency disputes. What You'll Do

• Lead federal court class actions and arbitrations from start to finish
• Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Draft persuasive pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Shape litigation strategy and negotiate impactful settlements
• Engage in forums such as FINRA, AAA, and JAMS What You Bring
• 5+ years of litigation experience, including federal court practice
• Strong legal writing and courtroom advocacy skills
• Experience in class actions, data privacy, or consumer protection preferred
• FINRA, AAA, or JAMS experience a plus
• Background in Big Law, federal clerkship, or government litigation highly valued
