Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our databases. This part-time remote position requires under 4 hours of work per day, with a competitive hourly wage starting at $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. You'll work closely with various departments to support data-driven decision-making processes and assist in the development of reports based on the information gathered.

Key Responsibilities

* Input and update customer information into the company database with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Verify the accuracy of data entered and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and maintain reports based on data analysis, ensuring that information is current and precise.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Assist in training new data entry staff as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Monitor data entry workflows to ensure compliance with company standards and provide feedback on data management processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with team members across the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to identifying data issues and suggesting improvements in data handling processes.
