Job Description

In-Home Sales Closer | Phoenix, AZ | 100% Commission We hand our closers 8–10 company-set appointments per week. Most projects land between $8K–$20K, and our top reps average $12K+ per deal by selling full backyard transformations—not just turf. Install crews turn jobs in 1–2 weeks, so there’s no six-month backlog making you apologize to customers. If you’ve been grinding in solar, roofing, or bath remodels wondering why operations can’t keep up with what you sell—this is the fix. The Opportunity We design and install high-ticket artificial turf, pavers, pergolas, putting greens, and full backyard transformations across the Phoenix metro. Year-round selling season. No weather delays. No slow months. Compensation

This is a 100% commission role. We don’t sugarcoat that. The structure rewards closers who protect margin:

  • Up to 14% commission per deal — the less you discount, the more you earn
  • Average commission lands around 9% for reps who sell on value, not price
  • 5% bonus on self-generated leads — bring your own deals, get paid extra
  • Volume Accelerator Bonus — hit monthly thresholds and your commission % increases on all sales that month (up to 16.5% total)
  • Uncapped. No territory limits. No clawbacks.

If you’re currently making $180K and think you’re maxed out — you’re not. If you’re already at $300K and want cleaner operations and long-term upside — we should talk. Training & Ramp We invest in our closers from day one:

  • 2-week training program — shadow live appointments, learn the product, and master the sales system
  • $1,500 sign-on bonus paid at completion of your 2-week training
  • $750/week draw while you ramp and close your first deals

We don’t throw you in blind—we set you up to win. Who We’re Looking For This is not an entry-level position. We’re hiring experienced in-home closers who’ve already proven they can produce.

  • Closed $1M+ annually in home services (solar, roofing, windows, HVAC, bath, etc.)
  • Comfortable running 8–10 in-home appointments per week
  • Sold financing confidently at the kitchen table
  • Protected margin under pressure — no discount dependency
  • Lived on commission and liked it
  • Professional in-home presence with tight discovery and control of the appointment
