Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service and Data Entry professional. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, order issues, and general support via phone, email, or chat
  • Accurately inputting and updating customer data and order information into internal systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support is a plus
  • Strong typing skills (minimum of 40 words per minute)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet access
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
