Job Responsibilities

As an arenaflex customer service representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with orders, product inquiries, account issues, and other service-related matters

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
