Key Responsibilities

Technical Service Delivery

  • Provide on‑site and remote tier‑2 support for arenaflex’s network architecture, servers, workstations, and specialty business applications.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software incidents ranging from printer malfunctions to complex VPN connectivity issues.
  • Maintain and update user credentials, ensuring password policies and data security standards are rigorously upheld.
  • Perform routine system health checks, patch deployments, and configuration management to proactively prevent outages.
  • Document all support tickets, resolutions, and knowledge‑base articles in arenaflex’s Service Management platform.

Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Respond promptly to support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system, translating technical terminology into clear, actionable guidance for non‑technical users.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls and onsite visits to verify issue resolution, ensuring 100 % customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Services Group (TSG) to prioritize incidents and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Data Entry & Business Process Support

  • Assist business units in accurate data entry for shipping manifests, inventory logs, and customer records, adhering to arenaflex’s data‑quality standards.
  • Identify patterns in recurring data entry errors and propose process improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Support the rollout of new data‑capture tools, providing training and troubleshooting assistance to end‑users.

Continuous Improvement & Project Participation

  • Participate in system upgrade projects, migrations, and pilot programs, offering technical expertise and user‑impact assessments.
  • Engage in regular root‑cause analysis sessions to reduce repeat incidents and enhance service efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network and data‑entry workflows.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on technical support experience in a corporate environment, preferably within logistics or transportation.
  • Technical Foundations: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook).
  • Networking Basics: Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix environments, and basic TCP/IP troubleshooting.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally authorized to work in the United States for arenaflex.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications.
  • Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, Dynamic Registry, or similar security tools.
  • Exposure to data‑entry platforms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), or custom arenaflex applications.
  • Track record of implementing automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash) to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
