We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged. Some of your key duties may include:- Receiving and processing inventory, ensuring accurate and timely updates to our systems
- Packing and shipping customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring efficient and safe transportation
- Using scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate inventory levels and tracking
- Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, staying up-to-date with changing priorities and deadlines
- Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
- Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:- Lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, with experience using scanners and other equipment
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:- Previous experience in a data entry or warehouse environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Experience using power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols
