Key Responsibilities:

As a part-time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our passengers.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure the success of our organization, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to travel, baggage, and other services, providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage customer transactions, including check-in, baggage handling, and reservations.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
