Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Remote Work Experience: Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers.
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Technical Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems, ability to type 25 wpm, and experience with Windows operating systems.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Organization and Prioritization: Strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
