Experienced Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & Data Entry

Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering a unique and beautiful customer experience. You'll be responsible for registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing courteous and efficient checkout services, and engaging with customers to resolve their queries and concerns. In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you'll also be involved in data entry tasks, maintaining store displays, and implementing agency asset safety strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Registers sales on assigned cash registers, collects cash, and distributes change as requested
- Provides customers with courteous, pleasant, speedy, and efficient service
- Recommends products for sale to customers and suggests trade-up and/or companion products
- Maintains counters and shelves in a smooth and well-merchandised state, takes inventory, and continues facts
- Tests in and fees products as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader
- Implements agency asset safety strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss
- Guarantees compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
- Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special systems, and sale merchandise
- Completes resets and revisions as directed
- Assists with separation of food products (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on backside cabinets)
- Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
- Provides customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image service, poster print, and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo merchandise
- Assumes net pickup obligations (monitors orders in Photo Care Plus, fills orders, and provides orders to customers as they arrive at the store)
- Assists with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store conditions and appearance
- Complies with all agency policies and approaches; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers
- Completes unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned
Education & Personal Development:
* Attends training and completes PPLs as requested by the supervisor or assigned by the company
- Participates in ongoing education and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Primary Qualifications:
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications:
* Choose six months of experience in retail environments
- Prefer to have prior experience with arenaflex
