About the Role
We're seeking two experienced Pharmacy Data Entry Technicians to join our remote team. As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, you'll play a critical role in processing medical orders, managing workflow, and communicating with internal and external teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing medical orders using arenaflex's systems
- Working with physician's hand-written orders
- Managing workflow of refills, new orders, and admissions
- Communicating questions and clarifications to internal and external teams
- Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of experience in a pharmacy setting
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
- Proven remote job experience with a record of good job stability
- A quiet and dedicated workspace with reliable internet access
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and pharmacy management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Certification in a specialized area of pharmacy, such as oncology or pediatrics
