Key Responsibilities

As an Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for our clients by matching their needs to our products and services
  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions
