Compliance Analyst BSA - Fintech

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst BSA - Fintech to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will support our BSA, AML, and fraud monitoring programs, including hands on work with our growing fintech partnerships. Responsibilities
- Support the Deputy BSA Officer in administering the bank’s BSA compliance program
- Review and investigate BSA, Fraud, and Watchlist alerts
- Prepare and review SARs, CTRs, and other regulatory reports
- Perform enhanced due diligence on higher risk customers and accounts
- Identify and escalate suspicious activity appropriately
- Act as a liaison between nbkc bank and our fintech programs
- Monitor daily and monthly reports for unusual or suspicious activity
- Document investigations in accordance with regulatory recordkeeping requirements
- Participate in data validation, transaction testing, and process improvement efforts
- Collaborate with teammates to reduce risk and strengthen controls Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in a financial institution, with BSA or AML experience preferred
- Working knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and related regulations
- Experience using AML monitoring systems and transaction review tools
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in arenaflex Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
