Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering questions about their healthcare benefits, and helping them make informed decisions about their care. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about their healthcare benefits, including prescription coverage, medication assistance, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior representatives as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in the healthcare industry
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or industry
