Compensation and Benefits

As a Pharmacy Technician - Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes:

• $21-24 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently and accurately process new prescription orders, refills, or clarifications
• Utilize multiple software programs to review patient profiles and accurately enter prescription information
• Update and maintain patient records with an eye for detail, ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with other teams to address clarifications and transfer information appropriately
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold standards for data security

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Colorado Provisional Pharmacy License or Colorado Certified Pharmacy Technician License preferred. arenaflex will cover costs for applicants willing to obtain a provisional license
• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands
• Adaptable and eager to learn and grow with the company

Work Environment and Schedule

As a remote data entry specialist, you will work from home and be required to:

• Work Wed-Fri 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
• Work Sat-Sun 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and training sessions
• Be available to work occasional on-site shifts at our facility in Centennial, CO

Training and Onboarding

As a new hire, you will be required to complete a comprehensive training program that includes:

• On-site training at our facility in Centennial, CO (approximately 90 days)
• Virtual training sessions and online coursework
• Ongoing support and mentorship from our experienced team members
