  • Ensure Quality, Reliability, and Compliance: Perform RF system lineup analyses to ensure designs meet industry standards. Architect characterization setups and drive debug activities in the lab and at production partner labs, including conducted characterization and OTA characterization in anechoic chambers
  • Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot complex RF/mmWave design issues, linearity/noise flow-down challenges, and implementation constraints to ensure robust mass production builds

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience in RF hardware design, with a focus on wireless communication devices and sensor technology
  • Strong knowledge of RF/mmWave hardware design, phased array antenna fundamentals, and FMCW radar principles for human-sensing applications
  • Expert proficiency in schematic, layout, and EM simulation flows using tools such as Cadence Allegro/Capture, Ansys HFSS, and Keysight ADS
  • Expertise in Tx/Rx specification flow-down, linearity, noise analysis, and IC/package co-design for high-frequency modules
  • Scripting experience in Python for test automation, data post-processing, and hardware characterization
  • Hands-on experience with probe stations, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers for conducted and radiated (OTA) characterization at mmWave frequencies
  • Familiarity with module packaging technologies, SIPI simulation flows, and supporting international prototype hardware builds through mass production
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities
