Serve as a liaison between clients and various internal departments to ensure efficient processing of transactions and resolution of issues. Process and review account documentation, including opening new accounts and updating existing accounts. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date on all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to financial services. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed. Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Adhere to all compliance and security protocols to protect sensitive client information. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence and customer service. Take ownership of and resolve client issues to ensure a positive and satisfactory outcome. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
