Job Summary

As a Part Time Storage Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our site manager to ensure the smooth operation of our storage facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the site manager with facility operations
• Answering phone inquiries from active and prospective customers
• Showing storage units, explaining the terms of rental agreements, and preparing rental contracts
• Performing general routine property cleanup and minor repair work
• Ensuring that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
• Participating in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through our comprehensive training program

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to active and prospective customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

• Work closely with the site manager to ensure the smooth operation of the storage facility
• Show storage units to customers, explain the terms of rental agreements, and prepare rental contracts
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work, ensuring that the facility is maintained to the highest standards
• Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
• Participate in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through our comprehensive training program
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site manager or other members of the arenaflex team

Minimum Qualifications

* Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• Available to work on weekends and holidays, as required

Work Environment

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, which require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
