Job Overview

As a Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services, light remanufacturing, and troubleshooting on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as maintaining all refrigeration gear in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards
  • Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively as a team player to deliver outstanding results

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in technical skills, as well as excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • A valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or technical support position
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
