You’ll also play a key role in M&A integration, supporting seamless onboarding of new businesses into our governance ecosystem.

This is a high‑impact role with visibility across senior leadership and the opportunity to build capability, influence strategic decision‑making, and drive meaningful improvement across a large and diverse NDIS service portfolio.

Why MedHealth

  • Drive continuous improvement and cultivate a high‑performing compliance culture grounded in quality and excellence.
  • Lead governance and compliance due diligence for acquisitions and support successful integration.
  • Guide, coach and develop a high‑performing team aligned to our values.

  • A commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred outcomes.

Tertiary qualifications in health, business, project management or similar are welcomed, but deep NDIS operational and governance experience is essential.
