What you'll do in this role
As a Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the electronic component distribution industry. You'll answer customer questions, provide advice, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also receive ongoing training and support to ensure you have the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
Your qualifications
We're looking for a fluent German/English speaking advisor who is accurate, efficient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
- A secondary vocational education (MBO) or equivalent
- General computer skills and an interest in technology
- A minimum of 32 hours per week availability between 08:00h and 18:00h
- A natural talent for helping others and going above and beyond for our customers
