Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Profit and Loss Management: Oversee the financial performance of the facility, ensuring profitability and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Inside Sales Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products and services, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Price Quotes and Product Sourcing: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes, source products, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Outside Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities, provide product knowledge, and drive sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, morale, and productivity, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

3-5 years of experience

in industrial distribution, specifically with industrial pumps and rotating equipment.

3 years of management experience

, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.

Strong people skills

, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.

MS Outlook, basic Excel, and ERP software experience
