Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Compliance Processor I at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of data entry and paperwork verification related to the CACFP and other arenaflex programs. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining compliance with state and federal laws, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Transferring data from scanned images into excel spreadsheets with precision and accuracy
• Auditing and reviewing all required CACFP documentation and systems for compliance, identifying areas of concern and bringing them to the attention of management
• Submitting state claims and internal reports in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to all guidelines and regulations
• Accurately entering data from state websites and internal forms, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing errors
• Reviewing menus from arenaflex centers to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and productivity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Clerical and/or office experience preferred, with a strong understanding of data entry and processing procedures
• 10-Key proficiency preferred, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data
• Ability to work independently and stay on task, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with the team

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience working with excel spreadsheets and other data management software
