Job Overview

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to customers through live chat, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with a range of topics, including processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and answering questions about different pricing plans available to customers
  • Effectively handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time efficiently to ensure that all customers receive the support they need
  • Utilize your knowledge of help desk tools, such as Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk, to provide seamless support and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support services

Essential Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in Level 1 chat support, with a proven track record of handling billing and account-related queries
  • Proficiency in using help desk tools, such as Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude, who is proactive, and has a can-do approach to work
  • A genuine passion for helping people solve their problems, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customers using WordPress, with a solid understanding of its features and functionality
  • Familiarity with the principles of customer support, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • A strong desire to learn and grow, with a commitment to continuous self-improvement and professional development

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of ?30,000 - ?35,000 per month, paid training, equipment provided, and HMO benefits.
